General Questions:

Who is MVP Media?
MVP Media is a collective group of creative and driven artists and professionals. Any media related project the company touches turns gold. MVP Media can handle nearly all marketing aspects of today's small and corporate businesses.

Why MVP Media?
MVP Media's expertise is in first impressions. A potential customer is more willing to examine your product or service materials even if he or she has no immediate need for it. As you can see from our homepage, MVP Media develops cutting edge multimedia products that are esthetically pleasing to the eye. Your customers will definitely hold on to your handout items(business cards, flyers, videos, stickers, etc.)

Where is MVP Media Located?
Our main studio location is located in Downtown Pomona in the Arts Colony. We house creative equipment from video editing suites to a recording studio and graphic workstations.

When is MVP Media Open?
Our general hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm. On occasion we may close early due to client videography projects and studio tapings. We encourage you to phone us first before arriving to our location.

Printing and Design:

What are your turnaround times?
Most print jobs are subject to a 5(five) day turnaround. In most cases MVP Media usually completes a printing orders much sooner. Customers must allow additional time for uncontrollable delays in the printing process that may occur. Design turnaround time is variable depending on complexity. Typical designs require a minimum of 3(three) hours and a maximum of 2(two) days.

Can I supply my logo or files?
Yes! Click on "File Upload" on the menu bar to upload your logos, files, copy and information. You may upload up to 4(four) seperate files at one time.

How accurate will my prints be?
Our state-of-the-art proofing engine will showcase your design before its printed. The artwork you see displayed will be what you receive. Please allow for a minute fluctuation in color due to variations in computer monitors. Your monitor may be brighter or darker in relation to our calibrated studio systems.

What quality of paper is used for my printing job?
MVP Media now utilizes a heavy cardstock paper similiar to glossy software packaging and poster paper that exceeds DVD covers in quality. What does this mean for you? Your project will have our Ultra Gloss finish to it. If you want your print projects to stand out even more, ask about our Gloss Effects packages.
